So I've been having an obsession with salmon at the moment [had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast yesterday and had salmon for lunch today], and I had peanut butter in the cupboard to use up, so I thought it would be the perfect time to re-try one of the recipes that I've found and have tried before.
I obviously didn't have noodles at my flat (as you can see from my picture), so I had to use pasta instead. It was just as good though. Soo filling though. I couldn't finish my plate and had to have it for lunch the following day.
Anyone reading my blog should definitely try this recipe :) It's yummy
